RETURNS

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy if you change your mind or find that you have purchased the wrong part (14 days from the day of delivery). All we ask is that the item comes back to us in its original condition with all the manufacturers packaging and that it has not been fitted to the vehicle or greased. Once you have contacted us about a return you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

If you need to return a product, please email us for a return authorisation number and the return address which is different from our registered office address. Please note that we are a mail order company and we do not offer the facility to collect or return parts in person. Returns must be sent by post.

If you notify us after 14 days from the day of delivery has elapsed you can still contact us to request a returns authorisation number and your parts can still be returned at our discretion. Returns are not accepted after 28 days with the exception of warranty items. This does not effect your statutory rights. 

Parts must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging and must be in a saleable condition otherwise we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the parts value as a repackaging charge. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order please notify us within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Returned parts and their packaging must be in a saleable condition. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Whilst most popular items on this website are in stock and ready for immediate shipping, some bush kits may be in manufacturing (or made to order) with an estimated handling time of 4 - 7 working days.
